Got this off one of the egl comms on lj. The chart on the left is from Bodyline and totally off. The chart on the right shows accurate conversions for mens/womens sizes for Europe, Japan, Mexico, Aus/UK, US/Canada, Russia/Ukraine… and foot length in cm and mondopoint (whatever that is).
